Time for a PayPal alternative.
For too long PayPal has dominated the money-transaction-via-email market.
They were pretty much the only player and what happens when you have no competition?
In countries it is called a dictatorship, in the business world it is called a monopoly.
In dictatorships the ruler gets to do and say anything he likes and does not have to look after the people.
In a monopoly you get the same thing but what it is called is "poor customer service".

And maybe a few people remember that PayPal gave out $5 to open an account with them way back when.
Well how does $25 sound instead?
